Chris Martin Admits Photographer Attack

The usually mild-mannered and genuinely amiable Coldplay singer Chris Martin has admitted that he did in fact attack a photographer in the street in London and receives a police caution.
The multi-platinum singer-songwriter has admitted attacking a photographer in the street as he and his then-pregnant wife Gwyneth Paltrow left a restaurant in Knightsbridge, London in March 2004.
Martin tripped photographer Alessandro Copetti when he tried to take a picture of the couple. However, after a five-month investigation he has conceded he was to blame and accepted a police caution.
Copetti insists Martin brought him down with a kick from behind injuring his knee and breaking his flash gun outside the San Lorenzo restaurant.
"At least he's accepted responsibility,” he told The Sun. “The police said he apologised to them and was very helpful. But he has never apologised to me. He seems to think it is okay to be violent to photographers because he is a celebrity."
Police have confirmed that "A 27-year-old man was cautioned for common assault."
