RULES

The following rules (“Rules”) together with GCap Media plc's ("GCap Media") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at www.xfm.co.uk  apply to XBOX on XFM radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from 9th May - 16th May 2008. The "Participating Radio Station" is XFM

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

1 Details of the Competition
1.1 For the Duration of the Competition, listeners to the Participating Radio Station will be invited to enter the Competition by texting XBOX and their answer to a question to 83936.
1.2 For the Online giveaway the Entrant must enter online at www.xfm.co.uk/xbox  (the “Website”) and register their details. Entries are open from Thursday 8th May (6am) – Thursday 22nd May (11:59pm)
1.3 XFM London Only
Weekender: Friday 9th May (7pm – 10pm):
The DJ will invite listeners to text XBOX and their answer to a given question. The winner will be randomly selected.

XFM London, Manchester & South Wales
Xposure: Mon 12th – Wed 14th May (10pm – 1am):
The DJ will invite listeners to text XBOX and their answer to a given question. The winner will be randomly selected. On Monday 12th May & Tuesday 13th May entries will close at 1am. On Wednesday 14th May entries will close when instructed by the announcer on-air.

XFM London Only
Drive: Mon 12th – Fri 16th May (4pm – 7pm):
The DJ will ask listeners to correctly identify a song grab which has been rerecorded in the style of computer game tone. A listener who texts XBOX and correctly guesses the song will be randomly selected.

Online (Thursday 8th May – Friday 23rd May)
There will be an additional context online at www.xfm.co.uk/xbox where users need to answer a simple question correctly. Two correct entries will be picked at random. Thursday 8th May (6am) – Thursday 22nd May (11:59pm)
1.4 All matters relating to the selection at random of Entrants and all other matters relating to the Competition will be at the sole discretion of GCap Media and the Participating Radio Station.
1.5 All texts to the Text Message Line will be charged at standard network charges.
2 Eligibility
2.1 All entrants must be 18 years +
2.2 Any person using a telephone which is not his or her own should ask for the permission of the owner of the telephone before sending an SMS text message to the Text Message Line
2.3 Any employees of and or contractors engaged by GCap Media, their immediate family or any other persons directly connected with the Competition are unable to enter into the Competition.
2.4 The Competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom only.
2.5 Notwithstanding that a winner has been declared, if GCap Media discovers before the delivery of a prize that for any reason under these Rules or Terms and Conditions the winner should have been ineligible to enter the Competition or the entry should have been declared invalid, GCap Media reserves the right to determine that the winner is disqualified and no prize will be awarded.
2.6 There is no limit on the number of text messages that can be sent to the Text Message Line but Entrants are referred to the costs of text messages and telephone calls in 1.6 and 1.7 above
2.7 GCap Media and the Participating Radio Station shall not be responsible for any failure on behalf of an Entrant whose text message or telephone call is not received by GCap Media or the Participating Radio Station whether due to any technical faults or otherwise. 
2.8 An Entrant must participate in the Competition himself or herself.  In the event that a party other than the Entrant attempts to enter the Competition on behalf of that Entrant (whether disclosed or not), that entry will be forfeited and no Prize will be delivered.
3 Prize
3.1 All decisions of the GCap Media and Participating Radio Station’s representatives will be final and binding on the Entrants and no correspondence will be entered into regarding any decision made.

Online Contest - Thursday 8th May (6am) – Thursday 22nd May (11:59pm):
The first randomly selected entrant will win:
