The band have unveiled their new album 'The Future is Medieval' to the world... and its "groundbreaking" new format - paying their fans to promote it.
Sort of.
Fans are given twenty tracks to choose from, they download ten, put them in the order of their choice and create the artwork.
They can then become a mini-promoter - for each following album bought on their recommendation they get £1.
Tim Cocker caught up with Simon and Nick to find out what on earth is going on...
