Bon Iver, AKA, Justin Vernon, brought his ghostly acoustica to the Xfm studios. We filmed it for your pleasure...
In a jaw-dropping display of delicate melodies and delicate guitar strums, Bon Iver produced a session that, despite the blazing sunshine, took us right back to the winter and the wood cabin in which he wrote the material for debut album 'For Emma, Forever Ago'.
We managed to get two video cameras into the session so you could see the master at work. It made the hair on the back of our necks stand up. It'll do the same to you, too.
We also cornered Justin for a quick chat. Speaking of the inspiration behind the songs and his plans for world domination, he was as lovely in person as he was in the studio.
