The Verve, Portishead and MMJ For Coachella

The Verve, Portishead and My Morning Jacket are amongst those confirmed for the Coachella Festival. Brap!
According to reports in today's L.A. Times, The Breeders, Rilo Kiley and surfer-dude Jack Johnson will also be playing sets at the festival. The full line-up is expected to be announced later today (January 21).
The festival will mark the first Stateside appearance for The Verve since their split in 1999.
The Raconteurs will be promoting their eagerly-awaited second album - more so since the cancellation of The White Stripes' world tour last year due to Meg White's illness - which is due in either late spring or early summer.
The Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival will be held on April 25 - 27 at Empire Polo Field, Indio, CA.
In related news, Coachella's promoters AEG Live/Goldenvoice are expected to announce details today of a brand new U.S. festival in New Jersey's Liberty State Park. Rumours abound that Radiohead will be the new festival's inaugural headliners.
