The Beatles Sound Emo?

Panic at the Disco (minus the !) release their second album next month and they've been telling Xfm its sound is being compared to The Beatles.
During their massive tour of Europe, the UK and America Panic At The Disco vocalist Brendon Urie took time out to speak to Xfm telling us:
"You don't know if they're comparing you in a good way to The Beatles, or if they are trying to accuse you of ripping off something."
Adding:
"They are an inspiration to all of us in the band but not in the way of a melody which we'd wanna steal but more in the way of being inspired to do something creative."
The emo boys are putting out the follow up to 'A Fever You Can't Sweat Out' - which has sold over 1.6 million copies since its 2005 release - on March 25.
The second album is titled 'Pretty odd' with the first single from it 'Nine In The Afternoon' out now.
