Pete Doherty Asked to Leave Thai Rehab

Pete Doherty's been thrown out of the rehab clinic in Thailand he booked into last month...
The Libertines and Babyshambles frontman's been at a place called The Cabin in Chiang Mai for the past three weeks trying to deal with his crack and heroin addiction.
Staff there have given him a 'therapeutic discharge' from the facility due to concerns about other patients.
Programme Director Alastair Mordey explained that "it is important to maintain the integrity of the treatment programme for the other clients to have a good chance of recovery. Pete understands this and therefore the reasons behind why we have asked him to leave."
Mordey went on to claim that the parting with Pete was "amicable" adding, "we are of course disappointed to see him leave. We hope some of the things he has learnt here will help him in the future and look forward to the day when Pete decides to consider further work."
Another spokesperson for The Cabin commented that the singer will always be welcome to return and that the facilty has developed a good relationship with him.
"When he gets back, hopefully he'll be on the same page and we'll take it from there really," Carl explained to Xfm's Gordon Smart. "In the meantime I'm working on this new album - I'm hoping for it to be done by the end of the year."
