added 30 June 2008 at 16.37

Were you at Glastonbury? Did you watch it all on TV? If so we want your input! Let us know what you thought of this year's crop of Glastonbury bands.

Well its all over for one last year and despite the early controversy Glastonbury Festival 2008 truly rocked (and it was actually sunny!)

Check out our festival blog, picture gallery, exclusive interviews and video diaries right here (right now!)

Now that we've dragged our sorry arses back into the office and rejoined the rest of normal civilisation we want to know what you thought of the festival, and more importantly which headline act you enjoyed the most?

None of the above? Did someone else lower on the bill tickle your fancy even further? Let us know your thoughts below.

  1. A great music weekend the best live band for me were the National closely followed by KOL and Editors and Elbow

  2. Fnarr, the best headliner was easily Squarepusher in hte Glade, he made time and space bend with his bass.
Apart from that 'Does it offend you, Yeah? tore up hte dance stage like nothing else, the security were definately offended.

  3. 2 words - Vampire weekend!!! Only knew 1 song before hand but that mattered none as i sang along to 'Blake's Got a New Face' with the rest of what seemed to be the whole world!!!!!! Everyone watched that set and i feel it deserves a mention as one off my highlights of the weekend. The Enemy were amazing as i expected - how is it possible for someone so small to make so much noise????? Pete Doherty's headlining acoustic set at the Park stage blew me away but there's no surprise there really is there?? It was a giant, beautiful singalong and i've still got goose bumps thinking about it!!!! This was the year of random bands for me as the headliners weren't the best compared to recent years but yet another amazing festival weekend has gone by a complete success and now i've got tp try and get over my post Glasto blues!!!!! Roll on next June!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  4. Foals were just brilliant! My band of the festival for sure! And Crowded House were great too, nostalgic and funny, especially when they started teasing the security and identifying them by number when they wouldn't smile or turn around! Manu Chao deserves an honorable mention too, and although I only caught the end of the Raconteurs set, they sounded really powerful and definitely had the crowd going...

  7. The most astonishing band of this year's Glastonbury was without doubt Audioporn. They played their second album 'Message From Our Sponsors' to perfection on the Dada Stage at 8pm. Check out their myspace and 'Audioporned' a site set up by their devoted fans.
We are one step away from getting this band this band a stage and audience they truly deserve.
