There’s nothing like a depressing grey sky and rain to get us thinking about naffing off somewhere hot and paradisic (is that a word? It is now). Loving our music as much as we do, we can’t help thinking Ibiza Rocks is looking more and more like a safe bet - particularly now as they’ve added Black Kids, The Courteeners and The Automatic to the bill.
‘The White Isle’ (copyright Steve Harris) is hosting the biggest names at, inevitably, the sweatiest venue on the planet. The Pigeon Detectives, The Wombats and The Enemy have already given the Balearics a good booting, and there’s plenty more to come with a line-up that’s resembling the ‘Who’sWhoOfIndie2008.com’.
