First Acts Announced For Mighty Boosh Festival

Read on to find out the names of the Manchester band and the pioneer of electronic music that have been confirmed for the show...
Mancunian giants The Charlatans, and electro-pop pioneer Gary Numan, have been confirmed for the much-anticipated Mighty Boosh Festival, which will take place at The Hop Farm in Kent on 5th July.
Noel Fielding is especially excited about having Gary Numan on board; "Having Gary on board is mental! He is a hero of mine and was always a first choice, having him perform at our festical is almost surreal."
Also confirmed for the bill are White Denim from Austin, Texas and quirky outfit Polar Bear.
The main stage headliners of the day will be the Mighty Boosh themselves, capping off a day of music with some amazing comedy. Noel says, "We've never played a music festival before and a comic has never headlined at a festival before so we are seizing the opportunity and doing both!"
