Foos Add Second Wembley Date

added 23 November 2007 at 14.47

Fresh from their dates at London's O2 last weekend comes the news that the Foo Fighters will play not one but two huge shows at Wembley Stadium next year.

Foo Fighters - who aleady graced Wembley stadium once with their presence for Live Earth this year - will now take to the stage again in summer 2008 with two massive gigs following huge demand from fans.

The two headline shows will take place on June 6 and June 7 with Dave Grohl and co. no doubt pulling out all the stops to make it a memorable occasion.

You can get tickets to the shows now by calling the Xfm Xchange on 0871 222 1049 or from the Xfm Online Ticket Shop by clicking here.

Grohl ended the two hours Foos marathon at London's O2 last Sunday - the second of two sold at nights at London's newest venue - by telling jubilant crowds ""We'll be back, sooner than you think."

Seems the "Nicest man in rock" is remaining true to his word.
