The Cure's only European show next year with see Robert Smith and co take to the main stage for the Saturday night on the Isle of Wight.
Speaking to Isle of Wight Radio Bestival organiser Rob Da Bank said it has been a long time coming: "it's taken me five long years to finally nail, it's a bit of a craftwork for me - love of my life - I'm absolutely delighted they've chosed this to be their only European date of next year."
Also announced are: 'Primal Scream Present Screamadelica', Brian Wilson, Crystal Castles, DJ Shadow, 65daysofstatic - Live Film Score, Cranes, Grandmaster Flash and Ukulele Orchestra of Great Britain.
More acts are due to be announced shortly.
Tickets for the festival - which takes place September 8-11 - are now on sale.
