New Order Headlining Bestival!
The recently reformed band - without Peter Hook - are taking to the main stage on the Saturday....
New Order have been confirmed as the Saturday night headliner for this year's Bestival.
The other two headliners have yet to be announced - although we do know Orbital are headlining the Big Top.
Also newly added to the line-up are Friendly Fires, Django Django, Daughter and Zulu Winter.
Last week it was confirmed that The xx and Sigur Rós (both festival exclusives), Two Door Cinema Club, Justice, Hot Chip and 2manydjs are all playing the festival at Robin Hill Country Park on the Isle of Wight this September.
Organiser Rob da Bank says: "So I've got Blue Monday blaring out of the Bestival HQ office speakers as we unveil our iconic Saturday night headliner New Order. It doesn't get better than that? but it does! True Faith! , Bizarre Love Triangle, Fine Time, Regret - so many amazing records i grew up listening to and still listen to now and they still sound immense, pioneering, legendary.
