Maccabees Left Stranded in Munich
Orlando and Felix from the band have told Xfm how they were stranded at Munich Airport at the weekend and lost a load of their kit...
Speaking to Xfm's Gordon Smart backstage at T In The Park the band explained that it wasn't a very nice scenario.
"They had little campbeds and stuff. It was quite a scrap - you had to beat off 6 year old children to get your bed ready," Felix joked. "It was a bit of a nightmare to be honest with you but it was an experience.
But it wasn't just the sleeping arrangements that were a problem.
"All the drums aren't here and the pedals - we've borrowed various pedals from people," the explained.
The band are in the middle of a massive series of festival shows - playing BBK, Benicassim and Optimus Prime in this weekend alone.
