After pulling out of their appearance at Reading the band have also confirmed they won't play the sister site...

The band have cancelled their performances at the twin site festival after singer Perry Farrell lost his voice.

Jane's Addiction confirmed their Reading slot was being cancelled shortly before they were due onstage and today (August 28) have also told fans that they will not be playing Leeds either.

In a statement the band apologised to those hoping to see them and said that a doctor has looked at the singer, who "has been ordered not to use his voice until further notice for risk of vocal damage."

Jane's Addiction were due to headline the big top tonight.
