Bjork Announced As First Open'er Headliner
The Icelandic musical powerhouse will play the Polish festival in 2012....
Bjork's new album Biophilia is now out in physical form after gathering headlines in their bucketloads for creating the world's first "app album".
The mother "galaxy" app in the platform designed for iPad is free - but each extra app needs to be downloaded seperately and will be an interactive star in afore-mentioned galaxy.
Bjork's claimed she will spend the next three years expanding the concept and see how "spontaneous" she can be with plans to add more songs to make it into a double album.
Her performance at Open'er Festival in Poland next year will be her first festival slot of the summer and her first performance in the country for five years.
Open'er is taking place At Kosakowo Airfield in Gdynia July 4 - 7 2012.
Tickets go on sale December 1.
