Everyone’s favourite plumber is back in the brand new Super Mario Galaxy 2 launching on Thursday, and to celebrate we’ve got a great games package up for grabs. Find out more below…
We’re pretty sure that like us here at XFM, Mario is the reason you started playing video games, and the good news is he’s back, in Super Mario Galaxy 2, the sequel to the galaxy-hopping original game, loaded with entirely new galaxies and features to challenge the most devout players. 
Super Mario Galaxy 2 launches at GAME Oxford Street at midnight on Thursday 10th June and the voice of Mario himself, the one and only Charles Martinet will be on hand to meet fans and sign copies of the game.
So get yourself down to the store at midnight and be the first to get your hands on the game. Come dressed as any character from the Mario universe for your chance to win some fantastic Mario Galaxy and Wii prizes on the night.

To celebrate the return of Super Mario we’re giving away a fantastic games package every day from 7th - 11th June on XFM Breakfast and Drivetime. The10 prize packages each consist of a Nintendo Wii complete with remotes, Wii Motion Plus and Nunchuck, along with Wii Sports, Wii Sports Resort, Super Mario Galaxy 2 and a 32” LCD TV! Mamma Mia!
To be in with a chance of winning, listen out for your cue to text the studio. We’ll be selecting someone at random each day who will win the Wii console, remote and game and will then be given the option to ‘take on the boss’! This involves answering a question correctly to win the 32” TV along with the console, get it wrong or decide against taking the boss on and the competition will be opened up to everyone else to text in the answer and steal the prize.
