Adele Confirms Bond Theme
Worst kept secret ever? Adele has confirmed that she is doing the theme song for Skyfall...
Adele has finally confirmed - after loads of speculation - that she's doing the theme song for the latest Bond movie Skyfall.
She's posted a picture on Twitter of what looks like the front cover of a song-sheet, featuring the title (Skyfall, naturally) with her and Paul Epworth's names below it (see above).
The track was recorded at Abbey Road Studios with a 77 piece orchestra - and will get its first play on her website at 0.07am on Friday.
The singer's admitted she was "hesitant" about recording the track.
There's a lot of instant spotlight and pressure when it comes to a Bond song," she added. "But I fell in love with the script and Paul had some great ideas for the track and it ended up being a bit of a no-brainer to do it in the end."
