Chapel Club and Everything Everything are also among those backing a new charity project to raise money after major disasters...

They've signed up to play benefit gigs for ActionAid Live - so they're on stand-by to play should anything happen.

The charity's setting up a nationwide network of bands, musicians, promoters and venues ready to spring into action should a humanitarian emergency occur.

Murph from The Wombats, said: "When an emergency hits, as a band we always wonder what we can do to help the thousands of lives affected. We're proud to now be part of ActionAid Live, where we can use our music to be part of the international disaster response! If you're in a band or fancy trying your hand at putting on a show, if you raise even £50 it would be enough to feed an entire family for a fortnight! Every single pound counts in those vital first days after a disaster and you could be making a huge difference to those who most need it."

The charity's also looking for up and coming bands to get inolved.

Bands, musicians and promoters can now sign up to ActionAid Live.
