The XX Start Work on New Album
Their debut earned them a Mercury Prize, now the trio have confirmed they're working on the follow up...
Posting on their Facebook page the band confirmed they're back working together.
"We have started recording our second album! We have also started a blog where we will post our inspirations + pictures + favourite songs. We hope you enjoy it! Lots of Love, The xx" the post says.
Since the band finished touring and promoting their debut Jamie XX has gained music-world-wide acclaim for his remix and producing skills including his re-working and collaboration with the late Gil Scott-Heron on We're New Here - a remix album of Heron's last solo release I'm New Here.
