The Kills are to play their biggest UK headline date yet - at London's O2 Academy Brixton on December 3.

The show comes after a sell-out gig at the Roundhouse in Camden earlier this year and a slew of festival dates. The duo of Jamie Hince and Alison Mosshart will also be playing the Concorde 2 in Brighton on October 14 and will be special guests of The Horrors on October 15 at the Warehouse Project in Manchester.

Tickets for the Brixton show go on sale at 9am on Friday September 9. See www.xfm.co.uk/gigs for details.
