Last night's show - featuring Beady Eye and Paul Weller - is thought to have brought in around £150,000...

It was an incredible night of live music - with Primal Scream, The Coral, Richard Ashcroft and Kelly Jones also on the bill.

It's thought the sold-out Japan Disaster Benefit gig has raised at least £150,000 for the British Red Cross working in the Earthquake and Tsunami hit country.

Liam Gallagher organised the incredible event, but gave much of the credit to Paul Weller for pulling in many of the bands on the line-up.

Speaking to Xfm backstage the ModFather described the Japanese as a "lovely" people and said he has a bond with the country. "I've played in Sendai quite a few times so it brings the whole thing closer to you," he explained.

The night also saw new material premiered by Richard Ashcroft and Graham Coxon as well as Paul Weller and Kelly Jones collaborating on a cover of  'A Hard Days Night' by The Beatles.
