Flaming Lips Reveal Bitesize Album Adventure

Frontman Wayne Coyne has revealed plans to release a song a month...
The Flaming Lips want to release a new song every month this year.
Frontman Wayne Coyne reckons they will mostly record the tracks at their houses and release them as soon as their finished.
He's been telling Rolling Stone all about it:
"Not that I think the old way was boring, but to spend another two years with the same 13 songs, it's just like fuck. I think we're going to just start to do things and put it out" the singer explained.
"Once we get 11 or 12 songs together, maybe we'll do something else with it. We want to try to live through our music as we create it instead of it being a collection of the last couple years of our lives."
Each one will be documented for a film to be released at the end.
He's also revealed they're looking at different ways of distributing them - like in cereal boxes or as childrens toys!
