Coldplay Apologise to Poland

The band said sorry for not having playing there before at Heineken Open'er festival...
Coldplay took to the stage on a giant airfield in Poland as the headliner of the Thursday night of the four day festival.
The band pretty much replicated their Glastonbury set for the audience including their back catalogue favorites Clocks and Fix You but chose to end on new single Every Teardrop is a Waterfall punctuated by the obligatory fireworks.
During the performance lead singer Chris Martin repeatedly apologised to the gathered fans for having never played in the country before - despite being one of the biggest bands in the world and having reached mainstream success as early as 2000.
The band's Every Teardrop is a Waterfall EP was released earlier this week.
