A motorcycle accident leaves Daniel Lanois seriously injured.

Producer Daniel Lanois is in intensive care after crashing his motorbike in Los Angeles. Lanois is most famous for his work on U2 albums ‘Achtung Baby’ and ‘The Joshua Tree’. He was also one of three producers to work on Brandon Flowers’ solo album, ‘Flamingo’.

The accident occurred on Saturday, near to Lanois’ home in the Silverlake district of Los Angeles. Reports suggest the producer will be leaving intensive care soon, but has cancelled touring commitments with his project Black Dub.
