Two Door Cinema Club Working on New Album
The band told Xfm they are already working on the follow up to this year's Tourist History...
The band - who have been confirmed for the London line-up of Xfm's Winter Wonderland - told us new songs are already in the pipe-line: "we're always writing little bits and pieces whether its in sound check or in the back lounge of the tour bus but we've got a couple of weeks at Christmas. Whenever we feel like it we'll probably go and hang out somewhere and write songs."
2010 has been a good year for the band who released debut 'Tourist History' back in March.
Sam told Xfm about some of the highlights: "well releasing the album was obviously a massive deal and just ever since then the shows have been so much better, I guess everyone knows more than just the singles. Reading Festival this year was just unbelievable, the Shepherd's Bush Empire gigs were just phenomenal."
Two Door Cinema Club join Mona, The Drums, White Lies, Manic Street Preachers (and a very special secret guest) on the bill for Xfm's Winter Wonderland with Cuervo Tequila at O2 Academy Brixton on December 15.
