The Strokes Album Gets September Release

Drummer Fab Moretti eyes an autumn unveiling for their fourth album.
Fab Morettti has revealed The Strokes are likely to release their brand new album in September. Speaking to the BBC, the drummer said
"Coming back in and playing music together, it was like riding a bicycle."
The band will temporarily halt progress on their fourth record to play the Isle Of Wight Festival and Rockness. They will be the band’s only summer shows.
On the subject of returning to the live arena, the drummer said.
"It's giving me butterflies in my stomach. To be honest, I haven't really been thinking about the old songs as we're so into recording these new ones”.
