The Orb To Issue Album With Dave Gilmour
The chill out kings are to release an LP with the Pink Floyd legend...
Dance legends The Orb are all set to release an album with featuring Pink Floyd guitarist David Gilmour. Released on October 4, 'Metallic Spheres' will be a double album featuring a "Metallic Side" and a "Spheres Side".
The album grew out of a song called 'Chicago' that was recorded with The Orb and producer Youth, based on the story of Gary McKinnon, the man who hacked into the Pentagon's computer system and now faces extradition to the US to face the charges.
Royalties from the album will be donated to McKinnon's campaign fund.
