Queens Of The Stone Age Prepare New Album`

Get ready for a successor to ‘Era Vulgaris’.
Josh Homme has been speaking about the next Queens Of The Stone Age album. It will see the band move back to an indy label after recently parting ways with Universal.
“I have ideas already”, said Queens mainman Josh Homme to The Star. “It’s all about wiggling hips.
“The music is gonna go further down that strange and lovely path of the 'Era Vulgaris' album.”
The freedom of an independent label, continues Homme, has galvanized the band’s creative process.
“Finally we’re in a time frame where you can make music and art just for the sake of it.
“There’s no tap dance with [a label executive] who just wants to sell stuff”.
