Pearl Jam Go On Hiatus

Eddie Vedder tells a Portugese festival it's the band's "last gig"...
Pearl Jam are expected to go on hiatus following last Sunday's gig (July 11) at the Optimus Alive festival in Lisbon. Speaking to the crowd, Blitz reports that frontman Eddie Vedder said,
"Thank you for coming to our last show. Not our last ever, but our last in a long time."
Pearl Jam drummer Matt Cameron is expected to rejoin reunited grunge legends Soundgarden for a world tour.
However, a spokesman for the band told Seattle Weekly "[Eddie] says that at the end of all tours, because the tour has ended. The remark may have been a little lost in translation."
