Mumford & Sons To Record New Album
The band preview three new songs for Xfm and plan recording sessions in 2010.
Mumford & Sons played three new songs for their Xfm Session With Barclaycard Unwind at The Hoxton Bar & Grill. ‘Lover Of The Light’, ‘Whispers In The Dark’ and an untitled song are among a number of songs the acclaimed folksters are preparing to record.
“We’ve got a few more that are around the periphery”, said Marcus Mumford. “We haven’t had much of a chance to get in a rehearsal room and actually play them through so we play them in soundchecks.
“We’re hoping to be in the studio this year. The songs are coming and it feels natural”
