M.I.A. Cuts Set After Stage Invasion
The crowd get rowdy at Big Chill this weekend...
M.I.A. had to curtail her set at last weekend's Big Chill festival when a stage invasion got out of hand. The controversial singer had launched into her massive hit 'Paper Planes' when she invited punters to join her on stage. The set was cut short while security cleared the area.
Meanwhile, Thom Yorke performed a new Radiohead song during his Big Chill solo set. The new track, 'Give Up The Ghost', has already had a couple of airings during Yorke's solo dates this year, but with rumours of a new 'Head album being imminent, the track gives fans some idea of what the record will sound like.
