Led Zeppelin Sued By Folk Singer

Jake Holmes claims the rock supergroup lifted ‘Dazed And Confused’.

Led Zeppelin are being sued after folk singer Jake Holmes claims that Jimmy Page and co. claimed ‘Dazed And Confused’ as their very own. Holmes is reported to have a copyright claim on the song from 1967, two whole years before the song appeared on Led Zeppelin’s self-titled debut album.

Webste TMZ are reporting, however, that should Holmes be successful, US law will only allow him damages for the last three years.
