Laser Pens Delay Eminem’s T In The Park Set
The Detroit rapper is 40 minutes late after police hunt laser gang.
Eminem’s headline set at T In The Park was delayed 40 minutes on Saturday. Despite rumours that the delay was down to the rapper reversing his bus up to the stage to keep his trainers clean, The Daily Record have reported that the delay was down to police hunting a group of festival goers directing laser pens at the stage.
The newspaper reports that Eminem was held from going on stage until the illegal lasers were found.
"Eminem was desperate to go onstage but he was held back for his own safety”, the paper's source said.
"Police and security staff are instructed to clamp down heavily on people who arrive with malicious intent."
