Kasabian Fall Over Themselves To Grab BRIT

Tom Meighan takes a tumble as the band beat off competition from Muse and, er, JLS.
A triumphant Kasabian strutted onstage to take the Best British Group award at this year's BRITs. The band were clearly chuffed, and overcome with emotion - so much so, singer Tom Meighan fell over. Recovering quickly, he made a cryptic comment that "You can't make an omeletee without breaking some eggs." Too true, sir. We think.
The nominees were:
Doves
Friendly Fires
JLS
Kasabian
Muse
