Kasabian and Florence To Perform At BRITs
Dizzee Rascal is to perform with Ms Welch at next month's ceremony...
Performers at next month's BRIT Awards Ceremony have been announced... and the show will include a live collaboration between Dizzee Rascal and Florence Welch.
Kasabian are among the performers at next month's BRIT Awards, set to take pace on February 16 at London's Earls Court Arena. Lady Ga Ga and boyband JLS are also slated to appear at what will be the 30th anniversary of the award ceremony.
Last year's Critics Choice winner Florence And The Machine will collaborate with Dizzee Rascal on the night. The pair will debut a unique mash-up of each other's hits, titled 'You've Got The Dirtee Love'.
The nominations for this year's BRIT Awards are revealed later today (Monday, January 18). We'll have all the runners and riders in full, as soon as they're announced.
In other Florence news, her debut album 'Lungs' returned to the No 1 spot in the album charts this weekend, beating 'Contra', the new release by Vampire Weekend, which languished at No. 3. And, not only that, 'Lungs' has been nominated for the Xfm New Music Award for the Best British Debut Album of last year - see www.xfm.co.uk/nma for the full list of nominees.
