Hollywood actress and singer Juliette Lewis has been injured in a hit-and-run crash in California.
A driver went through a traffic light and crashed into the car she was a passenger in on Wednesday night but drove off. The car was then found a short distance away but the driver had fled the scene.
She was complaining of pain in her head, neck and back but has not been seriously hurt.
The 37 year old got a best supporting actress Oscar nomination for her role in the movie Cape Fear.
