Eminem Will Headline T In The Park
Organisers scotch rumours that the hip-hop star will cancel.
T In The Park boss Geoff Ellis has confirmed that Eminem will headline T In The Park on Saturday night, despite rumours to the contrary. The internet has been abuzz recently with claims that the hip-hop star would pull his appearance. While the festival are still negotiating TV rights, Ellis told The Daily Record that this would not jeopardise Eminem’s set.
"I'm talking to Eminem's people and we are sorting out the details for the TV coverage”, he told The Daily Record.
"Everything is fine. Eminem is definitely going ahead and highlights from his show will be seen in the TV coverage. With some of the American artists, things take a little longer to sort out because of the time difference.
"Having Eminem playing his exclusive festival date is perfect for us. T in the Park will be the best yet.”
