The Specials Slate The Prime Minister

Terry Hall has a word from the V Festival stage...
The Specials' Terry Hall had some choice words to say about the current government, during the band's V Festival set yesterday (August 23). Speaking onstage at the festival's Staffordshire branch, Hall mused, "I was thinking what the differences were when we last played here 28 years ago. Well, there's the smoking ban, but fuck that."
"We're still bombing the shit out a country we shouldn't be and the Prime Minister is still a c*nt. The only difference is Manchester United are the champions. Righteous."
The Specials - currently enjoying a reunion tour - were joined onstage in Chelmsford the day before by Amy Winehouse, who joined the band for 'You're Wondering Now' and 'Ghost Town'.
