Sonisphere Headliners Announced
Four rock titans roll up for Polish and Czech legs of the festival...
Drum roll please! Four rock legends have been confirmed for Sonisphere 2010. You might need to sit down.
Ready? Here goes... Metallica, Slayer, Megadeth and Anthrax will perform together next year as part of Sonisphere's festival tour in Poland on June 16 and the Czech Republic on June 19. There has yet to be any confirmation as to whether the bands will play at Knebworth, but by purchasing a ticket for the UK show by the end of 2009 you also get a free ticket for the Polish date. Get in!
Slayer's guitarist Kerry King added: "It's about fucking time this happened, and about time the fans finally get what they want. This is fucking awesome". Spot on, Kerry.
