Scouting For Girls: “Time Off Is For… Girls”

Everyone’s favourite pop craftsmen have stated that they will not be taking any time off for 2009. There’s too much rocking to be done.
Scouting For Girls will not be taking any time off in 2009. The power pop trio will be writing and recording their second album instead. Speaking to the bastion of quality journalism, The Star, singer Roy Stride confirmed there’ll be no sleep ‘til 2010 at least.
"We're not going to take any time off. We're going to start recording in the spring”.
The band, who have been touting their self-titled debut album since 2007, will also continue to promote the record in countries who haven't yet felt the Girls’ power.
"It's been such a slow-burning success”, said Roy. “Other countries are only just starting to put the first album out even though we wrote it 18 months ago…We're actually going to be like a new band in most of Europe."
Why don't you feel the power by watching Scouting For Girls destroy Xfm's Winter Wonderland in Manchester:
