Reading And Leeds Weekend Kicks Off

Festy fans get set for the Bank Holiday double-header...
Festival goers are setting their sights on Bramham Park and Richfield Avenue this weekend for the annual Reading and Leeds festivals. Radiohead, Arctic Monkeys and Kings Of Leon will be headlining the two events, which organisers are calling "the best bill of the year".
"Almost everybody's arrived, all the sound systems seem to be good and we've had incredible weather," festival boss Melvin Benn told the BBC. "I'm very pleased with the start we've had, and we're just looking forward to the music kicking off now."
It's been a full 15 years since Radiohead last played the festival and Arctic Monkeys are expected to give their brand new album 'Humbug' an airing.
Meanwhile, Xfm will be doing the festival thang at Get Loaded In The Park at Clapham Common on Sunday (August 30). Check out our very own stage, which features Royksopp, Pendulum doing a DJ set and great music from John Kennedy and Eddy Temple-Morris.
