Reading and Leeds Punk Stage Announced

Billy Talent and Rise Against will top the bill on the two nights with help from a suitably heavy and punky supporting cast.

The line-up for this year’s punk stage at the Reading and Leeds festivals has been announced. Billy Talent and Rise Against have been named as the two headliners, with Billy Talent playing Reading on Friday, August 28 and Leeds on Sunday, August 30. Rise Against will play Leeds on Friday, August 28 and Reading on Saturday, August 29.

Among the many other acts confirmed are Texan post-hardcore tunesmiths Alexisonfire, proto-emo pioneers Rival Schools and the insanely brilliant thrash of Municipal Waste.
