Morrissey Latest: Brixton Shows Shelved

added 29 May 2009 at 12.40

Tonight and tomorrow's show at the O2 Academy are off...

Morrissey has cancelled the rest of his shows at London's O2 Academy Brixton, due to his continuing illness. Last night's date at the same venue was shelved, but now the former Smiths' singer's camp say that he has been ordered by his doctor not to sing.

Ticket holders are advised to hang on to their tickets and await further information.
