Maximo Park Announce New Tour
The Glastonbury heroes are keeping busy...
Maximo Park are to head out on another headline UK tour this autumn. Following their storming appearance opening Glastonbury last weekend, Paul Smith and his comrades will be embarking on their second tour of the year in October, taking in Barrowland, Glasgow (October 7), the Apollo, Manchester (October 8) and London's Royal Albert Hall (October 9).
"Glasgow Barrowland has been a favourite of ours, as has Manchester Apollo," says Smith. "There's a real history to these music halls. In London we had a think about places we haven't played before that had a different feel and the Royal Albert Hall is a beautiful venue that appealed to us on a number of levels."
