Kasabian Promise "Amazing" Arena Shows

...following their storming Xfm Live Session With Barclaycard last night.

Kasabian are promising something special for their arena shows this November... and if their performance at their Xfm Live Session with Barclaycard is anything to go by, it's going to be incredible.

Speaking to Xfm's Sunta before their performance at the Relentless Garage last night (July 23), Tom Meighan claimed that the shows will be "old fashioned, but something that's really good to the eye. We're going to do something amazing with the cover, you know all the bugs on the middle pages of the inlay? It's going to be a set. I can't give too much away, but it'll be lovely."

Although admitting that playing a tiny venue like the Relentless Garage was like "cutting my nuts off" because he didn't have much room to manoeuvre, the band delivered a typically confident and impressive set, proving that the 'Bian are one of the country's top acts. However, Tom admits that cracking America is turning out to be harder than they imagined.

"We're like a cult band over there," he says. "You have to be U2 or Coldplay to get radio play. Americans are deluded - not all of them! - they think they're ahead, but musically they're not. They're 30 years behind."
