Feeder And Taking Back Sunday Added To Sonisphere Line-Up
New acts for metal-fest this summer...
Sonisphere - the Metallica-endorsed metal festival - has announced further acts. Joining the aforementioned rock titans, plus Linkin Park, Nine Inch Nails, Alice In Chains and others will be Feeder and Taking Back Sunday, who are both playing their only UK festival dates at Knebworth over the weekend of August 1 and 2.
"It's great to be playing at Sonisphere," says Feeder's Grant Nicholas. "I saw some great bands play at Knebworth when I was younger. It is an amazing venue and has hosted some of the most amazing shows over the years. It will be our only UK festival appearance this year as we are busy working on the next Feeder album – so we will be rocking as hard as ever."
Also playing the festival will be ragga punks Skindred and, rather unexpectedly, singer-songwriter Frank Turner.
