Faith No More To Re-form

The 90s rock legends are set to reform this year for a European tour. Festival dates are rumoured, and gossip of a Download appearance are reaching fever pitch.
Faith No More, the incredibly influential rock band fronted by Mike Patton, are reportedly on the verge of reforming. According to website Idolator, the singer’s publicist has confirmed the band will re-unite to play a string of European dates this year.
Rumours of a reunion have been flying around for months. Despite some key figures recently down-playing the possibility, whispers of a slot at this year’s Download festival have continued.
The line-up of the reunited band is yet to be confirmed, but many reports are already suggesting that original guitarist Jim Martin will not feature. Blabbermouth recently reported that the six-stringer had originally been approached by management and keyboard player Roddy Bottum. Despite expressing an interest, it’s alleged the band have opted for one of the many guitarists who followed in his shoes.
Interestingly (coincidentally?), Download are set to announce their third headliner on Monday, March 2.
