Depeche Mode are the latest band to play for the Teenage Cancer Trust charity. The veteran Basildon electro-rockers will perform a show at the Royal Albert Hall on February 17 2010, marking the first date of the tenth anniversary celebrations for the charity.
“We’re absolutely thrilled to be a part of Teenage Cancer Trust and very proud to be kicking off the 10th year of gigs," said Martin Gore. "We’ve never played the Royal Albert Hall before, so we’re really looking forward to that too."
Tickets for the show go on sale at 9am on Friday December 18. See www.xfm.co.uk/gigs for details.
