Bloc Party To Take Time Out

The band will "re-group" after this tour...
Bloc Party have admitted that they're ready to take a break.. and have some time to re-group.
Talking to Xfm before their Reading set last weekend, drummer Matt Tong revealed that the band needed to get away from the cycle of touring and to go out into the world to gain new experiences.
"We have the UK tour in October, then we go to Japan, then that's the end of the tour for 'Intimacy'," he said. "We just need to take some time to reflect on what we've achieved, spend some time apart to regain our energy and embrace new ways of making music. We need to immerse oursevles that's something that's not touring."
